Acceptance of Terms
VividDesignWorks provides its design services to you subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"), which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you.
Description of Service
We provide customers with design services for logos, marketing materials, websites and custom work, as well as digital retouch and enhancement of photos and images.
Terms/Copyright
By uploading an image or mailing us a photo, you certify that you own the image or copyright and/or have permission of the copyright owner to modify the photo. We will not be held liable for copyright infringements of any images or photos that you provide to us. We have the right to refuse any images that we deem inappropriate. Once you have used our service to design your logo, website or to enhance images, we do not retain any copyrights to those and are therefore legally yours to do as you please. The customer (you) will be held responsible to trademark and/or copyright any graphics created for you by VividDesignWorks. Shall any grievances arise do to your accepted design service, VividDesignWorks will not be held liable.
